A moving testimony

“Before BHOP, I would have quite time almost every day, but the struggle was really disconnecting from my day. I would still be distracted by the work I would need to be doing or daily stresses.

BHOP is a place where I can go and completely disconnect from life, and connect with God. At BHOP, I would take my Bible and guitar. Sometimes sit in silence, sometimes cry out. Sometimes play complex music for God's glory, sometimes worship from the piano, which I do not know how to play.

I have learned that idle words do not travel much further that my mouth, but honest worship, honest heart to Heart with God, is the only way to connect. Especially alone at BHOP, true, personal worship comes out like never before.

My relationship with God has increased so much over the last 6 weeks. I am dreaming again. I am seeing visions again. I am hearing the Holy Spirit guiding me in situations I would never have known how to handle on my own. BHOP is just the beginning of an unstoppable church.”
